This measure will enable you to identify your organization’s strengths as well as prioritize focus areas within five conversation government maturity dimensions:
- Content: how available and accessible is your content or information?
- Customer experience: how do citizens or organisations value your services?
- Context: to what extent is your organization user-oriented?
- Conversation: does your government organization talk ‘with’ or only ‘to’ the public
- Collaboration: is the public actively involved?
Please answer all questions. Otherwise you will not be able to see your maturity results. You may find some of these questions are difficult to answer. In those cases, pick the answer that comes closest to your view, even if it isn’t exactly right.
